The Driftwood Resort is an absolute gem. The property is beautiful and the staff is excellent. The gentleman that checked us in couldn’t have been nicer. All of the staff and the restaurant onsite were outstanding as well. What a great vacationing place.

Always a pleasurable stay.

I have stayed here many times. Love that there is beach access, even though it was too cold to go in the water. Always a wonderful view of the ocean, even if it’s a cloudy day or perhaps a bit light rainy. Motel can’t change the weather.

Drifted into the Driftwood one night.

Quaint older setting with small rooms had nice view of ocean from third floor. A b&g that was a little pricey but the food I had was good. Service was fine.

We loved the view from our room, the 4 story building has a very unique layout. Staff very friendly and welcoming and polite. Dining outside at Waldo’s made our evening. Wish we could have stayed longer.🙂

I was very impressed with our suite. It was clean and had everything you would need A full kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker,toaster, blender and dishes and pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils. i didn't know what to expect when we arrived but once we entered the room we were surprised at how nice it was in the room and around the property. They have two pools - one by the restaurant and one for families that want quiet time.

I loved the beach front room we upgraded to for a small price. I had never stayed beach front and the sound of the waves and our balcony was better than going out! The stairs became a bit much after a while but hey, I'm young enough to climb them so not much of a dislike.

My family has stayed at this property in previous years and had a good experience, but not this time. We were put in a very strange location and the room was very dirty. If we walked on the floor without shoes or socks our feet would turn black. Also, we saw and killed multiple cockroaches during our stay which is disgusting. The restaurant wasn't always open or serving food when they were supposed to be which was inconvenient. There were no chairs or tables by the pool to use. We will not be staying here again.
