"I am writing regarding my stay on March 7, 2026, which was extremely disappointing and did not meet the cleanliness or quality standards I expect from Marriott. When I arrived in my room, several issues were immediately apparent. The phone in the room did not work, the carpet was ripped, and the floors were stained and appeared very dirty to the point that I did not feel comfortable walking on them. The bed looked messy and did not appear properly prepared. In the bathroom, there was hair on the walls, which was very concerning from a cleanliness and sanitation standpoint. Overall, the room was in unacceptable condition and clearly had not been properly cleaned or maintained prior to my arrival."

"we only stayed for 1 night, the 1st room we found bugs/roaches; tub clogged up and dirty. requested another room. the 2nd room was better but toilet wouldn't flush properly my husband had to do a little handy work for it to flush better. it was only a 1 night stay (7 hours total) just to sleep. Free breakfast -not much of a breakfast. would not book again"
