Clean, quiet rooms. Good value for the price. Staff were polite and professional. Cafe hours accommodate early morning travelers (opens at 6am). And of course the warm chocolate chip cookies are always great!

Easy parking, clean room, and friendly staff. Breakfast options were adequate, but would have been nice if nondairy milk was available. University Square Hotel
Entire building has a moldy smell. Roaches throughout the room. Had a bed, working A.C., T.V., toilet and shower. Only 75$. I actually have stayed in worse places. The couple next door had a VERY fun time at around 430 am. Ask anyone else who was there that night.
