"For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

"It was not a pleasant experience, from the moment of check in until check out. The check in process was very confusing, and I was charged entrance fee. I needed to pay buggy car, also needed to pay for the bottle water in the villa, there was this lady whose role is not clear to me asked me to pay cash.
