In general a very basic hotel. I booked a Junior Suite (as the booking price then was the same as a standard room, but bormally it’s not). The extra space though did not contribute in any way to more comfort, actually just a greater distance to the small and worn out bathroom. Don’t get fooled by the pictures, the “decor” in the room not very appealing.
Breakfast was the worst I had so far in Italy.
My Spa appointment was cancelled by them half an hour after it was confirmed.
Pool-area was nice.
The AC and toilet never worked, and the manager wanted us to stay in those conditions. The manager forcefully grabbed my friend's arm and led her to the AC unit, arguing that it worked. In addition to her rude manners, she displayed a very aggressive attitude. A manager should resolve the guest's problem, not impose their point of view, much less with a rude and disrespectful attitude. I would never go back to a place like that.
