"Nice and clean place, great location. Quiet rooms. Rooftop was 🔥 with the ⚽️ game 🇨🇴. The coffee demonstration was excellent. Friendly Staff."

"Pool bar closed for the entire stay (under renovations) and waterfall never worked (has not for awhile from what I was told). One of my breakfasts had moldy cheese served on my plate. Staff very helpful and responsive. Lounging area seating not very comfortable. Storage in room with locks was useful. Full kitchen and refrigerator (shared) for drinks and food was great. This property has alot of potential to be great with some minor improvements and I hope that ownership realizes this. I would...

"The staff are very friendly always are trying to provide help, but be advised Breakfasts are Not being offering frequently as advertised, cleaning rooms are poor, No hot water, you get what you pay…!! good luck."

"Staff weren’t very interested in helping. Other people were loud. My things were taken by the cleaners and put in the cleaning trolley. I had to grab them myself"
