Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

"Not recommended. The supposed Mountain View room was actually just a small window looking at a hillside/somebody's private garden. The walls were paper thin and you could hear construction in the halls and all over the hotel. In fact, the entire hotel was under construction and smelled like black mold To cap off our disappointment, we had a discrepancy on our checkout date and the owner was extremely rude and gave us 30 minutes to vacate (even though we were an hour and a half away having...

"Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea. Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...

"Let customers know exactly where to go to check in. It was alittle confusing with parking and lack of signs. We walked up a trail next to parking and check in was across the street. "

"It was right in the harbor, which was very nice. The staff was great. One thing that I want to caution is that the bedroom is up stairs (but its more like a ladder) away from the bathroom."
