"After leaving this hotel, I stayed at The Singular Patagonia, which is even more luxurious. By comparison, the service at Estancia Río de los Ciervos is outstanding. All staff members are attentive, genuinely helpful, and proactive in solving problems. Every staff member seems happy and truly welcoming, making you feel appreciated as a guest on vacation. You can also book a penguin tour directly through the hotel at a very reasonable price."

"It was nice to have a stove and kitchen, but the room was not very nice. It was also right next to the street and walkway, on the same level. This hotel served its purpose and the staff was great, but probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was in a pinch."

"String Odor/smell that they were trying mask with a deodorizer. Smell was of mold and sewage. Particularly around the elevator and to some extent on the floors. Staff was pleasant but not really helpful. Attached restaurant and bar staff were not interested in taking orders for food or drink. Do not count on a 6:30 am breakfast, coffee was there but not much else."

"Everything was excellent, the staff is above and beyond the expectation, very helpful and attentive. Every morning since I had early excursion they prepared a very nice bfast goodies bag for me. On my check out day the staff was helping me to arrange taxi to pick me up at 2 am to the airport and making sure the taxi comes on time. Location is very good easy to go anywhere. The hotel is more like a house with many rooms so my room although is very small but clean and cozy. I will come back and ...

"Smaller, but sufficient rooms, clean, comfy beds, bathroom maintenance little neglected. Very nice staff, fantastic breakfast and meals in the small, on-premise restaurant."

"We love the breakfast provided plenty option and there is hot water and water all day long. And the staff is very helpful and nice. "

"We had an issue with the brakes on one of the beds. Jessica came to the room to fix the issue but was unable to correct it. So Cristian offered us to move to another room with a nice view. Excellent customer service from everyone. The restaurant team is also very good and attentive to your needs. "

"The kitchen was stocked and they provided breakfast every morning, which was nice. The space was clean and it was nice to have separate bedrooms (4 people, 3 rooms). The location is walking distance from the bus-stop and was a great hub for staying in the area. Would recommend. "
