This place was everything I needed after traveling through Patagonia for two weeks. Walking the streets from the city center to the waterfront. I saw a lot in the last day and a half of my trip. The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was plentiful they even let me keep my car parked there while I was walking around even after I checked out since I had a later flight. Thank you so much

This was a nice hotel located next to the Straits. The Seaview room was nice. The pool was really warm! Food was decent. Staff was super nice - called a taxi for me when I was ready to leave for the airport.

A few broken fixtures, would benefit from upgraded entertainment (Smart TVs, etc) That said, the area is safe, and there are lots of superb restaurant within a 10-15 min walk. Staff were very nice and accomodating.

It's an old but always nice place to stay. Gym, pool, restaurant, infront of the ocean. Everything ok with that. They need to change the tvs. Carpet is a little old and smells a little. But generally pretty good

Functional, good location

At check-in, we were told there was only a room with two twins, although I had booked a king bed room. After arguing for a minute they gave us a king bedroom as requested. Everything else was very good. Hotel inside needs some renovation, but otherwise was clean and modern.

Huge hotel, very dated. Inside the room was very basic, no kettle for making drinks, however, the bed was comfortable and shower was good. Good wifi. It was clean and warm. Good parking facilities and good breakfast. Stay was comfortable just the building decor, furniture and interior are basic and old but still functional.

This hotel was so kickass. Everyone's nice. The rooms are great. The location is great. I don't know if there's a nicer hotel in the city. And I don't care I have no reason no interest to go anywhere else And I love that they have netflix there you got a nice woman and Netflix? A nice room you'll make it in life! Thank you to all the good service the staff is incredible

This property needs updating. The shower is narrow and the shower liner keeps sticking to you while you shower. The shower tiles also have mold. The bed is not the most comfortable. Its not terrible.. the facility just older. The breakfast is good. The food at dinner is good as well.

Disappointing

This property is in a great location, and could be really fantastic...but it's not. To be fair, the room was pretty clean and the bed was comfy. However, the carpet was badly stained and the linens are dingy (think Motel 6). Free breakfast buffet is totally acceptable, but the restaurant is extremely loud, as staff are yelling to one another across the room, throwing silverware around and bussing tables as loudly as possible. Lunch/dinner are available from a menu, but I found the food to be less than desirable. Overall, this hotel offers all of the basics, but is certainly missing the polish and professionalism one would expect. We found a truly luxurious property nearby for less money and with same view.
