Bagage storage not free

The stay was fine, excellent breakfast with lot of choice. Only disappointment is being charged for luggage storage on the last day. I don't even know if it's hotel policy or just extra cash for the staff as there is no receipt, but either way I never had to pay to leave my luggage at reception after checkout ever before

The location was good, there was no pool, and breakfast was the same every day, with little variety. The room size was fine, but there was no microwave or refrigerator.

Bugs and ants at all rooms

Worst hotel at Rio de Janerio downtown... The bugs and ants at room... They don't get any action to change my room first night, then I forced to stay at room where there was bugs everywhere at room. Not clean sheets and toilet. Reception is rude. None know English at reception. The next to hotel, there is another ibis hotel looking good, the management is same and reception is better than ibis budget hotel where I stayed. The ibis hotel changed my room at ibis budget hotel, what a shame... Till end of my stay... I fight with ants and bugs.... They changed my room a day later , but new room also has covered by ants... I got sick by biten whole stay, then I went to doctor and get report... Doctor told me change your hotel...

Atendeu a expectativa. A localização era perfeita para o que eu precisava. Café da manhã bom, quarto simples, mas com todo o necessário. No Ibis ao lado tem self service, também me utilizei desta benesse. A viagem foi de negócios.

Serviço e limpeza em decadência.

Já tenho notado a qualidade caindo nas últimas hospedagens, atendimento ruim, recepção com ar condicionado desligado no calor absurdo, banheiro quarto com piso estufado (Quebrado), soleira porta banheiro solta, camareira que entra sem bater na porta as 9:00.. Desta vez não foi diferente. O quarto com sujeira no chão (principalmente atrás da porta), toalha de banho manchada e o pior: box com ralo entupido. (Como registrado na foto e também por vídeo). Sempre sem solução após reclamações.. Parece que esta unidade está largada e sem fiscalização. Hotel de categoria mais econômica não significa ser relaxada, descuidada e sem treinamento. Nunca foi assim.

Fiquei no 9 andar. Quarto extremamente barulhento. Já ela não tem vidro anti ruidos. Barulho a noite toda nos corredores. Paredes do quarto muito fina. Café da manhã horrível. Me arrependi por ter pago a taxa a parte. Não vale a pena. O que era pra estar frio estava quente e oq era pra estar quente estava gelado. Péssimo de vdd. Um dos piores que já vi.
