Reservei quarto para casal com suítes. Apesar do valor cobrado ser próximo ao de redes mais modernas como ibis, as condições do quarto nao sao boas, com rachaduras nas paredes, limo no banheiro e umidade. Minha diária incluía café da manhã para duas pessoas. No dia o responsável teve um imprevisto de saúde na família o que é perfeitamente compreensível, mas o recepcionista que estava no estabelecimento e poderia ter solucionado a situação solicitando um café da manhã simples na padaria da esquina nada fez. Soube que não teria café apenas 30 minutos após o horário inicial e isso atrasou agenda ja que tive me deslocar até a padaria e esperar na fila. Não fiz queixa por entender que era uma situação delicada, mas fiz uma sugestão no whatsapp para que o recepcionista seja melhor preparado para buscar solução em situações como essa, já que ele estava sentado sem nada fazer. Apesar de ter sido apenas uma sugestão, fui tratada com rispidez e acusada de não ter empatia pela situação o que demonstra total falta de profissionalismo por parte de quem respondeu já que se tratava apenas de uma sugestão para situações futuras, já que os hóspedes tambem tem compromissos afetados por imprevistos e o recepcionista poderia ser mais proativo! Enfim, espero que qualifiquem melhor seu pessoal e vejam a necessidade dos reparos da pousada que não correspondem a expectativa nem mesmo ao preço cobrado.

Café da manhã fraco.

Não gostei do café da manhã cobrado à parte. Havia apenas café, suco de abacaxi, bananas, pão e uma opção de bolo. Penso que não vale os R$ 10 cobrados à mais pelo check-in. O ambiente é o habitual para o hostel, não surpreende, porém, também não faz com que você se sinta mal por estar ali.

Mal administrado. A localização é muito boa, porém as condições do quarto e do banheiro compartilhado podem melhorar. Houve também um leve desentendimento na recepção em relação à reserva do quarto.

Hostel bem legal!

Foi uma estadia tranquila. Estava de passagem para ir a um batizado, mas aproveitei a proximidade da Praia de Boa Viagem e do MAC para dar um belo passeio. Gostei muito do atendimento, Só o café da manhã que pode melhorar um pouco, mas por ser hostel não influencia na minha avaliação geral.

Localização.

Trata-se de um hostel simples, porém bem localizado. Próximo a pontos turísticos da cidade, onde pode-se chegar caminhando. As instalações são bem simples. Fiquei em um quarto duplo privativo, bem simples. Roupas de cama precisam ser renovados. Não havia fronha nos travesseiros. Mau cheiro no banheiro, mas que parecia não ser um problema de limpeza. Tinha como comodidade TV a cabo no quarto. Café da manhã simples, mas satisfatório.
