"We had a beach view room - truly one of the best views we’ve had at a hotel before. I stayed with my partner and our dog. It was a trip for my birthday - I put this on the booking and when we got to the room they had put out complementary drinks, snacks and a plate with ‘happy birthday’ written on it with chocolate with a few chocolate dipped strawberries and a red velvet cupcake - a lovely touch! "The breakfast was varied and fresh. The staff were excellent, Yuko on reception and Tom who looked after us with afternoon tea, where both exceptional and a credit to the hotel, both were very professional and polite. The afternoon tea was superb, and the bar lounge area was very comfortable in front of an open fire Parking felt safe, we had a Horsebox which was cater for."

"Room was clean. We had to open the window and leve it open all night as the room was hot, and we could not find how to turn down the heat. Food was excellent from our Dinner to the Breakfast the next morning."
