"Very cute apartment over 3 floors with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Good air con on top 2 floors. Short steep walk (7 mins) to the top of motovun. You check in at a restaurant up the hill and one of the staff then takes you to the apartment. Free parking nearby. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"

"We stayed in Room 506 from Thursday, 9/24/26, with our three children, my husband, and his service dog. Overall, we would rate our stay 8/10. We enjoyed many aspects of the property and would consider returning in 2027, but there were several areas where better communication and attention to detail would have made our stay much more enjoyable. One of our first concerns was the smell of cigarette smoke in the bedroom closest to the kitchen, where the queen bed was located. We have allergies, so this was particularly uncomfortable and something we feel should be addressed. We were also specifically told that the pool would be open until 9:00 PM, so we went down to swim around 8:00 PM on Thursday. When we arrived, we were informed that the pool was closed because a heating element had been installed the previous day, 9/23/26. This was disappointing because we had been given different information. Unfortunately, the pool remained closed on Friday as well, meaning we were unable to use it during our stay. We had also been told that mini golf required an additional fee. Since the pool was unavailable, the lady working on Friday kindly allowed us to play mini golf for free, which we really appreciated. Given the circumstances, that was a thoughtful gesture. In general, however, we feel that parking and mini golf would be better included in the stay rather than charged separately."

"Just a quick stop for us. Room was very small for 3 people. Bathroom tiny. You had to do some acrobatics to get into the shower. Looks very nice from outside and the lobby. Breakfast was OK. There was either one or 2 bus full of seniors and getting to coffee or juice was hard as the space was small and congested. Once the crowed left it was much better. Parking was great. Nearby EV charging station was one of the reason we stayed there."

"A perfect stay in a very nice hotel that, warrants 5 stars. The view was amazing and we even got treated to a late night firework display literally outside our balcony. The only gripe was as I was on the main floor by reception, it did get a bit noisy but it wasn't that big of a deal for me because everything else made it worth it."
