It is Anglican church⛪, located in the north of the old town centre. The foundation stone was laid in 1857 and the church⛪ was dedicated on 26 July 1859. During the Soviet occupation the church had not use, and in 1973 it became the home of Riga Polytechnic Institute student club👨‍👨‍👧‍👧. In 1991, after latvian independence, and English-speaking congregation🛐 was again formed. 🏛️Riga City Council Tower (Latvian: Rīgas Dome). The original building was destroyed💥 during the Second World War⚔️, the current building is a true copy of the original built in 17th century neo-classical style. ❓Did you know born that that the modern denim jean that is worn by people all over the world was first invented by a Latvian-Jewish tailor and American immigrant – Jacob.
