Great location, 24 hours attendance. Parking is a bit tricky, but once you understand, it's fine. There aren't many cars in front of the hotel anyways.

Baltic Design Apartments with free parking and self check-in
Overall nice experince, It would have been nice if I could get all the information couple of days earlier to know what I need to know. For parking you need to have a cell phone to call a specific number and I did not have it had to buy a SIM in order to avail the parking.
