"Clean, large quiet rooms, comfy bed and blackout curtains. No air-con, so a little too warm, even in October, street noise if you open the balcony door - think you can ask for a fan at Reception. Free coffee and water available from the bar area during the day and reasonable variety of drinks to purchase. 20 minute walk to Gasthaus Hansy for a great meal. Tram stop 2 outside takes you direct to city centre. Spar just few minutes walk away. Would stay again but not in the Summer."

"Loved our room at 011- super cute, clean, quite spacious for a Europe hotel room. Location of this hotel is so good, shops nearby, we could actually see the opera house from our balcony!! Overall great stay!"
