The staff were really nice and helpful, and I’m very happy that they offered a free walking tour - it was a great and informative tour that leaves right from the lobby. It was also really convenient that they have a bar and a cafe right there in the hostel!

Very good place to stay in Vienna. Clean and friendly staff Breakfast is now buffet style, so that is a plus! Would recommend it hands down

Place is amazingly clean with spotless bathrooms. Probably the nicest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Obviously not the cheapest, but totally worth it. Only downside is their extreme rigidity and inflexibility. They simply refuse to bend the rules no matter if it costs nothing but is super beneficial

We stayed in a private twin room, it was spacious, clean and had a nice view of the market square, we had no complaints! The hostel overall had a great atmosphere and provided lots of information about what to do around the city, and staff were very helpful.

The hostel is in a great location right next to the nachmarkt and close to the downtown tourist attractions and close to public transit. The lounge area is great, the bar was a great place to meet other travelers, there's a free walking tour several days of the week, the beds are quite good, the lockers are a nice setup, everything else was quite good. Although the breakfast is not that great.

This is the nicest, cleanest, most quiet and comfortable hostel we have stayed in. The rooms are newly relocated with new beds and mattresses. The staff was very friendly and super helpful with helping us with parking. Extremely convenient location.
