Poor check in. Had to wait for hours. Fire alarm went off from 12 am - 2 am.

Omni Richmond Hotel
Everything you need. The area was a lively yet quiet part of the city, close to everything. The hotel was very comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was very attentive. and the room had an excellent view. I felt very well cared for. I will stay here again in the future.
