"We've stayed in this Zedwell several times. This time the pillows wete very flat and when i contacted the concierge number (via whatsapp) for more pillows, I didn't get a reply but i did get a message through trying to upsell late check out and luggage storage which was annoying!"

"The location is close enough within walking distance to key areas but in a quieter area. The hotel rooms are small, but have everything you need. The breakfast is good if you get it included with your hotel price if not, it is very expensive. The Hotel staff strive to be very helpful but a late check-in was less than ideal with a newer staff member struggling to check us in."
