"Hotel was good for one night but the bed for the third adult was nothing but a camp bed. Even though we didn’t arrive until 8pm, housekeeping had to be called to put the bed up. After a long day travelling, this wasn’t ideal. Neither was there a third tea cup or barely enough tea/coffee/sugar/milk for 3 people. There was no vanity area with plug sockets and mirror to do hair and makeup. For these reasons, we wouldn’t stay here again."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Room was plenty spacious for our needs and had everything we needed although would have liked even just a small fridge. Not something I would normally comment on but I have to make mention of the towels as they were lovely and thick and soft and a good size. All too often hotel towels barely cover you but this wasn’t the case here. Hotel is in a great location next to Tower Bridge and has lovely views of the river. I would definitely stay here again."
