"Check-in was quick and easy, which set a great tone for our one-night stay. We were given a room on a quiet floor and had a completely uninterrupted night. Unlike many London hotels where you run into maintenance issues, everything in the room worked exactly as it should. It was a smooth, trouble-free experience overall."

"The Staff was very helpful. The location was perfect. There is a walkway from terminal 4 directly to the hotel. Even at night, it was lit up and felt very safe. There was a restaurant in the lobby, as well as a coffee shop. They also store bags which is very helpful. The rooms were a decent size and the beds were comfy. It was a great hotel for a 1 night stay in London before we flew out."
