"Excellent location, comfortable bed, bedroom and bathroom a bit tired with mould on walls in the shower. Great for parking."

"I love this hotel. It is beautiful with with very good staff, a great bar and excellent food. A recommendation I would make is to offer fruit rather than meat/cheese with the cereal breakfast option. It's about 5 minutes to walk to Richmond Park or the river and a 20 minutes walk to the station. There is parking onsite."

"Sono stato in questo hotel per la seconda volta, perché la prima era stato tutto ottimo, ma questa volta la pulizia della camera, della biancheria e del bagno erano assolutamente insufficienti."

"Lovely hotel, next to Richmond park. Great staff. A minor maintenance issue with the room was immediately fixed despite the fact it was a bank holiday weekend. Friendly, efficient welcome, Tasty fresh breakfast buffet in lovely space, comfortable bed and good shower. Huge range of excellent pub, cafe and restaurant options nearby. Beautiful walks in Richmond park or along the river in both directions."

"Great location, helpful staff. However when we arrived it was closed for a private function (wedding that evening) and we couldn’t find anyone to let us in. Solved in the end of course. A bit surprised by how many steps we had to climb to get to our room."
