"So i have given everything on this hotel and my stay in this place 5 stars all around. Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk. The staff were really good and helpful i didnt feel i needed anything more for the amount this cost me. Thank you to the gentleman who were at reception and were a friendly bunch. My son enjoyed his first visit to London and...

"Stayed 2 nights in the Wizards Chamber with my family of 5, the beds were so comfortable and no noise at night, it felt like the room was sound proof (it really helped us with our jet lag from CA), breakfast was great, staff was so so nice The only thing I could say negative is that the room for my family of 5 was a bit small but nothing that we couldn't manage, and that doesn’t change the fact that we would defiantly stay here again. (Again this is for the Wizards Chamber room)"

"Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value."
