"We had a lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The apartment was larger than expected and very clean. The bedsheets and towels were spotless and fresh. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and went beyond the expected to help us. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen felt newly updated and clean. "Not up to usual Harbour Hotel standards. Good size room, Food in bar was long delayed, gin provided free of charge but tonic was charged for unlike other Harbour Hotels. Breakfast very good. Bugs crawling around the bathroom. . Reception mixed. Young man was very good but the staff later in the day were not very helpful. ."

"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."
