I live in NY and frequently for on business to Franca and my favorite hotel in the city is IBIS. Amazing friendly staff, delicious morning breakfast, easy parking(free) and the room is just about the right size and very clean.

Péssimo, todas dependências sujas, não realizaram limpeza do quarto, tivemos que buscar toalhas, recepcionista noturno assistindo Tv, parece hotel de faroeste. Trancaram meu carro no estacionamento e a recepcionista mandou eu buscar a placa de que me fechou, pois a responsabilidade não era dela. Pessoas preguiçosas! Café da manhã, tudo jogado, falta de cuidados! Um nojo geral, quarto, limpeza, estacionamento, café, pessoas….

No geral é bom mais precisa melhorar no atendiment

Estive no hotel a 4 anos atrás quando era de outra rede estava bem mais conservado. No quarto o entono da janela estava soltando as tintas, a borracha de vedação da janela estava solta. O box molha todo banheiro para entrar. Café da manhã bem honesto pelo valor da diária. O check in não rolou nem um boa tarde só perguntou o nome e fez perguntas padrão. Check out a recepcionista era bem mais simpática.

Prático mas podia ter mais espaço

O quarto é prático, mas muito apertado. O banheiro é renovado e limpo, mas também apertado e o hotel só fornece toalha de banho, não tem de rosto ou piso. O café da manhã é bem variado e com alimentos de boa qualidade

Boa comida e limpeza. Funcionários solícitos, porém achei o lugar meio desorganizado. 1- Eu já havia pago pelo app mas ao chegar lá me solicitaram o pagamento por ter havido erro com o cartão. Na verdade, era que o valor só seria creditado após a estadia e o funcionário do turno não estava ciente disso então no check out foi necessário resolver isso. 2- A máquina de chave do quarto estava com problema, então toda vez que eu queria entrar no quarto era preciso que o funcionário abrisse a porta para mim com a chave mestra. 3- De manhã o problema da máquina de chaves foi resolvido mas os funcionários do turno não encontravam suas chaves mestras para programar e tiveram de ficar procurando por um tempo. 4- Ademais, as condições da saída de emergência não eram das melhores. Por ter ficado no 1o. Andar prefiri utilizar as escadas ao invés de o elevador. Estás não tinham a iluminação necessária, antiderrapante, haviam pedaços de concreto e plástico jogados em alguns degraus, além de a mangueira de incêndio estar descendo a escada como se fosse uma corda de escalada ao invés de estar enrolada no local adequado.
