"Could not open window and back door as cacourockes would come in, as well very noisy, towels were only changed once for a 14 day stay, there was a smell in the kitchen that came from the sewer. Sheets were not cotton so they were hot to sleep in. Out of 10 I would give 2. "

"The apartment was in a very central location, only a few moments away from the main shopping mall in Funchal, and coffee shop almost on the doorstep. "Really awful management, had to cancel our stay due to a medical emergency. Had asked management for a letter of cancellation or no show for my insurance policy and they’ve ignored all requests and have refused to provide evidence which means we can’t even go through the travel insurance to get some of the money back. Really disgraceful service and would advise to stay away from booking with such an awful company due to the lack of general help."
