"Cepas da Cuenga is located in a charming small town and offers a comfortable stay with several thoughtful amenities. The multi-step check-in process was somewhat confusing at first, but I was able to figure it out. The owners provided helpful pictures, videos, and a binder with clear instructions for using the kitchen appliances and air conditioning. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to prepare several meals during our stay. However, there is no kitchen exhaust fan, so the smoke detector can be easily triggered while cooking. The air conditioning in the bedroom worked very well, while the unit in the living room was somewhat weak. The bathroom could use some improvements. A glass sliding door for the shower would help prevent water from getting onto the floor. There is also no bathroom exhaust fan, which causes the room to become very steamy and leaves the walls and floor wet. The included parking was a great amenity. It was convenient, secure, and added to the overall ease of our stay. Overall, Cepas da Cuenga is a charming property with helpful owners and convenient parking. With a few improvements to the ventilation and shower area, the accommodations would be even more comfortable."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Candor. They are pet-friendly and the staff was always present and helpful (whether at the front desk or in the dining area). The village and hillside view from the room was beautiful and peaceful. There were some neighborhood dogs that barked regularly, especially at night and early morning, that prevented us from keeping the doors open as much as we would have liked. The rooms are very soundproof, though, and it was completely quiet with the doors/windows closed. The restaurant was delicious and there's no need to leave for meals. There are also some nearby towns with restaurants and coffee shops if you want to mix things up, though. The price was incredibly reasonable for the quality of accommodation. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Low budget accomodation and we (myself, son and daughter, both teenagers) had a lovely time here. Breakfast was rather basic but you had ham, cheese, yoghurts, cereals, muffins, fruits, baguette ...every day. Hot milk, cold milk, lactose free milk too. Kids arrived too for a holiday camp but they were well behaved and polite. We could have our breakfast in a seperate room because of that. Swimming pool was gorgeous. Really big and 1m70cm at the deepest. Was maintained every night with a cleaning robot. Only 1 negative point was that reception wasn't always manned and the provided telephone number stayed unanswered on a couple of occasions. But if you look around, even in the kitchen, someone came out and sorted your issue. Beds were made every day and bathroom tidied up. Shampoo sachets and wrapped soap. Shower knob had no hanger but this wasn't such on issue for us. Walk in shower."

"This was a strange spot but amazing location. The elevator was tiny but it worked. The room needs an upgrade and you could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms beside you but it was clean and all in all was good. The coffee shop across the road was lovely. I went nearly every day."
