"This is my third stay at The Residence, and it never fails to live up to, and exceed my expectations. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere of the resort is undeniable. I look forward to my next stay here :)"

"The room was dirty and neglected, chair on veranda broke when I sat in it, doors did not close properly so mosquito and large red ants came in at night, bathroom had electricity plug next to shower so not safe to use, kitchen did not have utensils to cook a meal. Check in was 3 not 2 as on confirmation. Receptionists were dismissive and unhelpful, breakfast was of poor quality and lacking in choice, fresh coffee had to be paid for at breakfast it was not included as told at check in. The hot tub was filthy and unusable, the large swimming pool had exposed wires in it and the smaller one had chairs floating in it and was full of sand and debris.The resort in general was dirty, tired and had rubbish everywhere. Room service food was constantly over an hour late and stone cold when arrived. We ended up leaving a day early and would have left the day after arrival if I could have booked our next hotel earlier!!! "
