The building doesn’t look like much from the outside but when you walk into the unit, it’s stunning. It was clean, convenient with good food options near by.

The property is very nice and showers and stoves work well. Unfortunately communication with front desk is a challenge. For anything. You need, you have to go up to the front desk and get what you want. Example we needed additional towels and Salt/pepper, and we have to keep going back. Very annoying. And if you tell something, they don’t take any action. Everything has to be followed up with an email for some response. Overall service is terrible. But rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Room maintenance is an issue. We had 2 rooms and in one room Microwave was not working. In the other room washer/dryer was not working. And our room was not cooling either and they could not fix either of those issues. it was surprisingly to me because no one seems to be checking if gadgets are working in the room after a person checks out. They took my clothes to dry in their dryer and gave us back wet clothes. And then I had to iron the clothes to get them to dry. Overall, not a very good experience. Frankly I cannot justify the price for the issues we faced. Go somewhere else if there is availability.
