The hotel did find another available accommodation with a different property in another town and drove our party there - however would have to pay all over again, and none of the amenities important to us. "Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. The breakfast was epic, it’s plain to see how very proud the chefs are, and this is reflected in the quality and range of breakfast items available. We had guest e bikes (at no charge) we explored the local forest area, this made the hills very easy to navigate - the bikes were of excellent quality. "
