"Amazing room with great amenities. A 2 block walk from Buchanan St bus so a perfect place to get around. The breakfast was great with a clearly marked special area for gluten free food prep - very important to me. The restaurant meals were also amazing. "

"Absolutely fabulous hotel in a central location. We were offered and paid for an upgrade on arrival, which allowed us to access the executive lounge, which meant we had free hot and soft drinks and snacks for the whole stay. We used this extensively. The room was very quiet, even though we were next to the central station and the lift. The room was very comfortable and cosy. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were charming and very helpful. They were all also extremely industrious. No...
