"We thought we had booked the room for the night of our arrival but found out we were off by a day. Called the check in number and was helped by a very understanding person who made it possible to stay that night. After a long day of traveling this was a wonderful outcome. "Room was clean but had a weird smell (cleaning solution). It was also a little cramped. Gym was small. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get more towels. They seemed a little bothered that we even asked. "

"Cramer Family Mountain Inn was the perfect stay for me to visit my niece at PSU during graduation weekend. The Inn was easy to find, check in was a breeze. It was quiet, the mattress was lovely and the place was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Cramer Family Mountain Inn and I hope to be back in the future. "
