"To add what I didn't like there was No one there to greet us at a front desk We were charged to much because there was No hot breakfast available included in the price I took out motel/ hotel cancelation protection, when I tried to cancel I was told I would NOT receive a refund I could of booked right in wellsboro for a cheaper night rate and had more extra amenities that were offered There should be some kind of a refund offered"

"Very Friendly staff. Room was HUGE but a little outdated. Bedroom area was clean (sheets were white and not stained), no stains on carpet, furniture or comforters. Bathroom was ok, but could use a major deep clean and replacement of towels. They were all stained brown - yuck! There was no light on the sign out front, and I almost drove past it. Although they cannot control it - it was noisy with the traffic. It was very affordable so I would consider staying here again."

"They made sure the room had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The staff is so incredibly helpful. And the breakfast is an excellent addition to your stay and everything was delicious. Something for everyone. They provide plenty of parking at the hotel. It's fun to check out the "downtown" area which is within walking distance. This is the only place I stay when I come to Williamsport. My kind of place hands down. Thank you."

"The owners are kind and sweet and accommodating. Brittany is a rockstar!! The hotel is under renovation so very rudimentary. The price is quite low in comparison to other hotels so don’t expect what you’d get at an average hotel (Marriott, Best Western, Hyatt, etc.) including air conditioning (in some rooms). The beds were very comfortable with clean sheets. I love what they’re trying to do here. Best of luck with the continuing improvements!"
