Extremely poor customer service, Bad condition of the rooms/property!
During checkout when my husband tried to ask the manager about the fees and raised concern about the issue in the rooms, the front desk manager ignored him and with an attitude just simply "said ok!", called another staff, kinda step back and started yelling at my husband and embarrassed him in front of other guests.
As a former hotel employee and worked for customer service. I was trained to always treat guest/clients with gratitude and make sure to assists guest concerns, provide quality service and do extra mile if necessary in order for the guest/client to experience a satisfactory stay and come back.
However with the conditions of the rooms mostly our bad experience with the front desk manager, we will definitely not coming back and advise our friends not to book with Nugget.
This booking actually is just an extended stay from our previous 2 nights group booking with another 3rd party for a Big Event in Reno.
Regarding the condition of the rooms.
We have photos available for proof.
-*toilet is disgusting, looks like it was never cleaned for a month and not flushing properly and cracked in the toilet seat
*the bathroom floor is dirty, it was not even washed/mopped, some debris on the floor
*shower is not draining properly
*my next door friend said her bathroom toilet got overflowed too
*no exhaust fan in the bathroom
*no robes
*bed is sagging and not leveled, pillows are worn
