Thank you for staying with us. At times we have limited housekeeping due to staffing. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Our sincere apologies for the issues you experienced. Staff should have immediately moved you when you let them know of the issues you were having. You must have called for blankets since you had 10, and this should have been handled at that time. Unfortunately, when booking through a 3rd party we are unable to comp or credit. Please accept our apologies.

We have mini refrigerators in every room, and microwaves are available through housekeeping upon availability and only if you are staying more than 3 nights. Thank you again!

Thank you for your review and nice to hear you enjoyed the room. The hotel was not originally designed to have microwaves, but we do have some available through housekeeping if staying more than 3 nights. We do have a microwave in the guest kitchen area for all our guests to use. Thank you, again.
