I have been there before. I just wish the tram was working so we didnt have to use the steps going from the front to the other tower when we got there and were leaving.

Room was fine and parking was good. Food left in the freezer that looked like it had been there for a long time and we had two homeless men begging in our hallway.

It was my first time staying. It was a nice experience and I would definitely stay again. The guy who answered the phone in the morning helped me with my situation because of the weather and I was able to check out late, which was great. The staff was nice and the place was clean big thing.

Called to see if there was a pool. We were told yes, and there wasn’t. No microwave, broken coffee maker, dirty room thy smelled like cigarettes (I’m a smoker and it was disgusting - was a non smoking room) front desk was super rude - we will not be coming back.

Renovated rooms advertised on website were not what we recieved. Wallpaper peeling. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Room appeared to be clean but dinghy, outdated, worn. For paying $300 a night, I expected more.

Very dated. But at least the room was mostly cl a minus the partially painted over stain on the ceiling that I can only hope is Kool-Aid. Also got a surprise charge for Resort Fee that Expedia price doesn’t cover.

For my first time in reno it was disappointing how much of this hotel was blocked off, convenient stores in the hotel closed, construction everywhere. I wouldnt stay at this hotel again not for what was paid to stay here.

Our room heater wasn't working, so we promptly informed the hotel staff. They assured us that maintenance would come to fix it. However, upon returning to our room after taking our kids out, we discovered that the heater still hadn't been repaired. was very late, and our children were exhausted, so we had to endure a cold night's sleep. The chilly conditions led to my kids falling ill the next day. When we voiced our concerns to the staff the following day, they only offered to change our room. Won't be coming back to this hotel. First and last time here.

We really enjoyed the stay passing through but was a little upset! Circus circus in Vegas is always open or has set hours for the arcade but in Reno they go off if people are there or not which to me was not fair. My kids were really looking forward to the arcade and they closed it earlier than their hours they showed.
