This listing does not state that this hotel is situated in someone’s house and that you have to walk through the owner’s personal living space and belongings to access the room. As for the negatives: no minibar/fridge in the room to keep some drinks; no airconditioning/fan and the room got quite hot; breakfast costs €24,- pp and I had to make my own scrambled eggs which I had never seen before, very overpriced; we had to share the balcony from our room with other guests; though...
