The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Parking is a bit pricey at €13 per night when the De Gaulle public car park 2 mins walk away is €4 for 24 hrs. Good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant - menu du jour is good value. House wine was excellent.

L'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel toujours souriant. Le petit déjeuner très copieux et du choix. Le repas du soir très bien et la cuisine très bonne pas grasse et copieuse. Le personnel des chambres très compétent et souriant. La literie est très agréable et confortable. Parking pratique et souterrain. L'hôtel est à 5mn à pieds de la cathédrale et de la grande place ainsi que du Palais de Tau. Je recommande fortement cet Hôtel et nous y retournerons sans soucis.

Great welcome and perfect for a pre-Christmas trip
The reception staff were super welcoming and friendly. The free parking under the hotel was really convenient and easy to navigate. Great breakfast buffet too. We came for Christmas markets and it was just a short walk to the cathedral and then through the historic streets to the market.

Trés bon hotel très proche du centre ville, de la cathédrale et du canal (pour les marches récréatives le long de l'eau). Très bon restaurant à l'intérieur de l'hotel.

Séjour détente à Reims
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec un surclassement et vue sur canal. Établissement très propre et proche du centre Cathédrale Personnel disponible et souriant. Établissement bien équipé malgré un vieillissement de l’hôtel. Merci à l’ensemble des équipes pour leurs sourires et les conseils. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Lovely large room with a massive, comfortable bed. Secure parking is great. Lovely receptionist- very engaging. Easy walk into the city centre and the beautiful cathedral.

Ive been staying in this hotel occasionally for several years to be honest it has gone down over the years, but i think this was the worst stay ever. the towels were worn thin, the bath area was dirty and had meldew and its getting expensive. every time i stay here the price goes up and at 11euros a pint my friend who had a different room walked in to find water flowing out of the ceiling but they wouldnt give him a different room once i would of highly recommended this place but now i doubt

Von innen schön gemacht, vor allem die Lobby. Im Zimmer waren ein paar Abplatzungen an der Decke, aber sonst war auch das Zimmer schön. Zu Fuß sind es nur ca. 10 min. in die Innenstadt, aber die Microlage am Hotel ist nicht so schön. Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel aber weiterempfehlen.

Nice hotel 10 minutes walk from Cathedral in Reims. Parking and breakfast is extra. But breakfast was good. Like many hotels we tried, AC present but not working. Shower was slippery.

The room was extremely dirty, with old hairballs on the bathroom floor, hair in the bedsheets and the floors and corners looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. It was uncomfortable to stay in a place that untidy. Basic amenities were not provided, and the receptionist did not understand what body lotion was, let alone being able to supply me with any. They also struggled to inform us what was open on a Sunday and didn't seem to be well informed about the local area - we had to rely on Google. the location was away from the quaintness of the town, so you didn't feel the charm of Reims on their road - overall disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Une visite de Reims
Séjour sympathique gâché uniquement par une chambre prémium (la 402) qui, malgré la jolie vue sur la marne (avec ses péniches pittoresques) et le stade de Reims donnait surtout sur l'autoroute (A344). Nous avons eu l'impression d'avoir dormi aux abords du périphérique parisien. Sinon le reste du séjour était parfait.
