Regarding your booking at the Cottage, it is indeed specified on the website and in the confirmation e-mail our reservation team sends you that it is not located inside the Château but in the quiet and cozy Cottage overlooking the park and with a nice view on the Château. We are sorry you felt less important because you stayed in the Cottage, our guests receive the same care and attention from our staff and the decoration and furniture are chosen with the same level of requirement and attention to detail as for the rooms located in the Château. Our guests usually enjoy the Cottage as it is a quiet and cosy bubble with all the same amenities and services as the Château.We would be happy to welcome you again and, this time, maybe in one of our rooms located in the Château if this is more to your liking.Sincerely,

Dear Sir,Thank you for your feedback on your experience at Domaine Les Crayères.We are delighted your stay lived up to your expectations, however we are sorry to read the time you spent having tea at Brasserie Le Jardin did not amaze you so much.The box of tea should have been offered once the teapot of hot water was served on the table, to provide a casual service and the feeling to be at home.Please believe in the accident more than in our usual quality of service.As hotel guests, you had full access to our Bar La Rotonde where a beautiful and large selection of loose-leaf teas is available all day long.Sincerely,Manon MauroyGuest relation
