For a budget hotel, it is quiet and convenient to the train station and the duomo. Reasonable comfortable bed but only one very flat pillow each. Shower is hot but water flow is weak. Satisfactory breakfast with self fry eggs. Would be nice if a toaster is available as the toastie maker don't make toast Staff were courteous and polite.

The great thing about this hotel are the staff and the location, a short walk from the train station. The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean! I will absolutely be back whenever I go to Reggio Calabria again! Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

Excellent hôtel proche de la gare, dans un quartier calme. Accueil très chaleureux, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner agréable. Le seul hic:chambre un peu sombre

Hotel management was extremely accommodating when I asked them about service and amenities in advance. They also allowed me to store a luggage at their property the day before I checked in. What was a very particular touch, when I arrived to my room the luggage was there already. The reception was very professional addressing any concerns and questions I had about the area. In spite of the Covid restrictions breakfast arrived on time delivered to my roome.

Vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria per chi viaggia in treno. Accoglienza gentile, personale sorridente. Buona la cena in hotel, arredo moderno e simpatico. Buona e abbondante anche la prima colazione. Camera e bagno puliti. Purtroppo molto rumoroso il condizionatore in camera che non era possibile spengere per il caldo africano.

I would recommend this hotel 100%. Friendly . helpful . super clean and the rooms were excellent. It was family owned and had a 5 star restaurant and service at affordable pricing. Location was within blocks from train /bus station for easy traveling....and all the shopping and restaurants you could hope wish for.

Hotel situato a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Reggio, facile raggiungere l'autostrada e il lungo mare. Camere non grandissime ma pulite. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Very disappointing stay

We arrived in the evening and it took the receptionist more than 20 minutes to check us in on her computer. The room was shabby with patches of different couloirs paint in the walls. When we came down to breakfast there was no food left. The covered glass trays were all empty and the juice were empty with a bowl of strained oranges just sitting there We sat there for 15 minutes with a glass of water and nobody did a thing.
