"Every thing was beautiful the resort is beautiful very clean and very nice staff but I went for my 41 anniversary and I wanted to surprise my husband and I send a message that it was are anniversary and I was every sad 😔 that not a happy anniversary so that was very big because we were celebrating our 41 years anniversary but besides that everything was great"

"The staff at Zoetry Aqua was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. From our concierge Luis to all the staff. In particular the staff at Piragua. Johanna and Natalie were amazing. The chef in piragua even made us a delicious sancocho with a day notice. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. The spa service was also amazing. The only recommendation I would give other travelers is to book this hotel out of the Sargassum season to enjoy the ocean water. But the property pools were prestige and refreshing."
