"Staff was great! From the valet to the cleaning team, everyone was helpful! The only thing was this Graduate is a bit run down. Paint splashes on bathroom floor, towels that are a bit old. Elevators broken or scratched up. I have been to the Graduate in other cities and they were a bit more polished still. Also, my 84 year old mom had to leave her room at 1 am bc the fire alarm was going off! No fire, no one knowing what was going on."

"8010 W Broad Street, Country Inn & Suites, May 2026; Hotel is very run down. Elevator does not function properly and is a nuisance to deal with. Cracked glass between pool area and workout room. Had to ask at front desk for a pool towel and toilet paper for our room. All amenities were cheap quality, especially toilet paper, tissues, and small soaps, shampoo. Shower head had gap between the drywall, room curtains had holes, letting light in, bath towel was dirty/stained. Dirty carpets throughout hotel. Stairwell carpets, walls, door handles all need cleaned/replaced. Refrigerator in room was not cold upon arrival. Breakfast was just okay. Be sure to park near hotel. Neighboring business will tow you. Hotel locks their door from 11 pm until after breakfast (approximately 10 AM). Overpriced!"

"Updated historic hotel with sophisticated charm. Large rooms, great staff, nice bar and restaurant. Love the design and aesthetic. Felt very safe traveling solo. If you’re looking for a small hotel with sophisticated charm - this is it!"

"Parking was fine but the building was near decrepit. The front desk people could have been a little kinder. Elevator was broken and I was on the 5th floor so that wasn't ideal. "

"Nice, clean hotel that I have stayed at many times in the past. NEW RULE....they charge 7 bucks a night to park your car now!"

"The bathroom had missing handles on the faucet. The microwave was burned out and rusty inside, could not be used. I try to use one in the breakfast bar area that one didn’t work they said the power was out. When I asked for a replacement, they decided to put me in a different room, and it wasn’t much better. The rooms were dark and dingy. The bathroom was under maintain needs remodeling. The breakfast was horrible had pancakes, old bagels, and I think yogurt was all I can recall. No meat or eggs or juice. I actually moved to Homewood suites next door and it was 10 or 20 times better. We ate the expense of the new place (Homewood Suites) because the Microtel we booked was not refundable. The photos online are misleading. Never stay here!!!"
