"Good"

"The house keeper, named Emie, is Chinese American. She is the most wonderful hotel house keeper who we ever meet. She loves her job and perform well in all her duty. On top of those, her customer services relationship (CSR) is perfect, not only with us though with all other guests, as we had seen. The hotel is located at the best location and all services are excellent. Concierge service helped us dealing with Airport Limousine driver who is also excellent. We will be delighted to stay at...

"Everything was great! The location was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lady working at the front desk after 10 PM, who was quite rude. Other than that, everything was excellent!"

"too loud in room"

"Staff very helpful and very nice. Hotel very clean. Very nice rooms. Highly recommend."

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from, definitely worth it. The location is another huge plus. It's within walking distance of Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Rockefeller Center. If you don't mind walking a little farther, you can even make it to Hudson Yards. The staff was incredibly friendly,...
