"I stayed 3 nights at the Wyndham, which is within walking distance of the Simmons Bank Arena. The room was clean and included a mini fridge, but lacked a microwave. The staff was very friendly, especially the kitchen team during breakfast. It featured a nice pool, a work center, and a gym, all of which were very pleasant. The only area that could have improved was breakfast. The eggs were runny, and the potatoes were dry. Although there was an omelet station, the line was always long, and once my omelet was given to someone else. They remade it happily, but the meat tasted spoiled. Overall, it was a great stay, but the quality of the breakfast was disappointing compared to the other amenities."

"This could be a magnificent property with a location close to the hospital, and in a physically demanding location. While the room was in clean condition with fresh sheets, a working AC, the parking left much to be desired. With mud covering some of the prime spots, an open area behind the hotel with no access from the back into the building, and no signs indicating a short term parking option to offload luggage in the front. A sign noted there was no longer an option for shuttle service, the hotel van was parked in a space that would be good as a short term check in spot. The bathroom was horrid! There were huge areas of mold above the shower/bathtub, and while I'm certain the towels were clean, there were large holes in the towels. The staff at this property were wonderful. My welcome was very friendly. Personnel deserve a better spot to be a representative of. Too late for breakfast, I was offered the fruit I was seeking by the most generous and friendly service member. It's sad that the whole hospital area and its coordinating services are in such poor condition. I do encourage a check of the unit you are in for mold, especially as many are there seeking medical service support. A good manager with a thorough walk through of the property would be beneficial. "

"The bar was not equipped to make a simple cocktail. The bed was hard (but up to person preference). The staff was helpful and checked on us during our several day stay to make sure we didnt need anything. They made sure we had extra towels and everything we need but we did request extra pillows and did not get them."

" Idid not eat breakfast we had other plans . But everything else that you would want in a good motel it offered it. I have stayed there before and will stay again. One thing would be nicer if it had two chairs in a double room instead of one."
