"A wonderfully quirky, interesting and special place to stay, monsieur is a delightful and very helpful host. Lovely breakfast is served in an old mill room, with the watermill leat running through the adjoining room… the whole property is quite amazing. Although it is sited in the midst of countryside, it is an easy 15 to 20 minute walk into the centre of Pons, with its medieval tower, town square and some lovely restaurants. We loved it there and would certainly book again should we come this...

"What a beautiful and nice and quiet place in a small hamlet, close to the Gironde! The room was large and very inviting, and the bathroom was huge! We stayed for 4 nights and it was great. The hosts were very nice and pointed us to places in the area to explore; without those hints we would have missed the market in Royan or the towns of Meschers and Talmont.
