"La estancia comenzĆ³ mal porque Ć©ramos varias familias y a una de ellas les cancelaron la reserva el mismo dĆa que llegĆ”bamos por overbooking, sin dar ninguna alternativa para alojar a 4 personas.
Los horarios de la residencia son absurdos. El viernes la recepciĆ³n cierra a las 7pm y el domingo, la salida es antes de las 10am. Si te pasas, te amenazan con cobrar 57ā¬.
El personal es borde y hasta amenazĆ³ a gritos a alguno de nuestros amigos.
Una cosa es pedir que el apartamento no se quede hecho...
