Had to call to get someone to help me check in. Room lights were broken and the door wasn’t very secure! The room key only worked one day and had to get it replaced. Thank goodness someone was at the desk when we needed the key to be done again.

A cute hotel with lovely staff. Nestled into areas around the Hilton. The shuttle is a bit odd in terms of hours. Double check with them. Very, very nice staff and a decent room

Be forewarned that hotel is located in a not so safe area. Room had a body odor smell on the headboard. Shower had mold in corners.

The hotel is "new" so looks really nice. The rooms all come with a king bed and 1 or 2 pull out beds. The pull out beds are horrible. The main bed was definitely one of the most uncomfortable ones I've slept in and we travel a lot. We were there 4 nights and room service never came once. I had to ...
