"This tourist park is full of social housing and homeless people sleeping in tents everywhere inside the park and outside the park. The staff and management are rude and unhelpful, they sit in the kids go carts out side the parks checkin counter, so much for smoke free parks, this lady was seen everytime we drive in or out of the park sitting and smoking. "An incredible place, warm hospitality, great generous breakfast included and amazing wine."

"The negative - had to fiddle with the float in the toilet cistern to get it working! Positives - friendly staff/towels changed daily/great location for what we required. This was our second visit (both times to attend a funeral). Would definitely return - but hope it is not in the short term (ie another funeral!)"

"The rooms were very nice , clean and spacious . Very near to Norah head."
