"Overall a good hotel. Nice staff, clean rooms, lots of parking spaces available, and only a short drive from downtown Reykjavik. Know that early check-in will very likely not be accommodated. Also the walls are very thin so if you’re bothered by loud snoring or neighbouring rooms being loud until late at night, bring *good* earplugs."

"Staff was a little rude, cold, and stand off ish. Breakfast was okay, seemed disorganized. The deadbolt on the bedroom door didn’t work and the door didn’t seal well so it let in some hallway noise. The blackout curtains they had were insufficient and it was still fairly bright in the room"

"Accommodations were easily accessible and cleanly. Everything was prepared for us well before check in time and it was easy to check-in and out of the property. The only thing I’d note is that while there the location is renovating which meant our floor was an active construction zone during the day. "This is a beautiful little gem in a quiet location. The room was exactly like the picture, spacious, clean and comfortable. "The apartment (201) was very impressive and modern. It had everything we needed and more. The apartment was warm and homely, with all the comforts of home. There was nothing missing that we needed at all. The floor to ceiling windows enabled us to see some fantastic views. The balcony was an added bonus which again allowed us to watch an explosion of fireworks on new year eve, an incredible sight. Icelanders definitely know how to celebrate !! "So this place was a good place to stay as we start our drive around the country. It's in the middle of nowhere (by beach though) but not scenic. The room is comfortable and clean. It's really quiet. The only downside is there was very limited hot water. My wife used it all up in a not very long shower. "

"Vi havde et dejlig ophold i den hyggelige, store hytte #1. Den lidt ældre hytte havde sin helt egen charme og var meget pæn og rengjordt ved ankomst. Børnene elskede den store hems hvor de sov og kunne se ned til det store køkken/alrum. Selve køkkenet var godt indrettet med stort køleskab, 4 kogeplader, ovn og vask. Vi har dog savnet nogle køkkenredskaber som fx. en palet eller en osteskærer. Hvis man har tænkt sig at booke et længere ophold i hytten er det måske godt at vide at der ikke er...
