Ras Nasrani

"Staff very friendly and helpful. An abundance of staff everywhere you look, which was great to see. Room and hotel were spotless. Had one issue where we told the cleaner we didn’t need our room cleaned on the morning and had the do not disturb sign on the door and it got cleaned anyway. We raised it and it was dealt with and no further issues. Family - friendly. Although no obvious stand out children items. They have a kids club area with play equipment and a shallow pool which is convenient,...

"Service very bad nobody answered for room seri even the reception nobody answer, there’s no much activity, and when you need something you should go reception and you should asked more than 3 times, the food bad the same food every day."

"An amazing place"

The proximity to Soho square is also a notable plus. The negative points are the smell of the room which was very musty and humid. Also, the air conditioner was...

"Family friendly and very convenient."

"Struttura molto moderna buon cibo"

"The rooms were large and nice though we had our balcony door break which was immediately fixed and the towel rack fall off the wall also immediately fixed. Our first room was over the restaurant and bar and very noisy at night we were moved to a quieter room right away. The food was good but the buffet lines were often crowded. The staff was mixed some very helpful others not friendly. This is the 3rd resort we’ve been to in Egypt (one we’ve been to 4x because it’s outstanding), and this was our...
