"The room is small, the bathroom is too, but the biggest issue we had was they refused to turn on the air conditioner. It was at least 20 c outside and 23c inside. Opening the window helped for a bit but it is an airport so had to close to cut the noise to sleep. We were told they only activate the a/c in the summer. They need to realize climate change is a thing and let the customer choose their own comfort level. "
