While the check-in staff at this hotel was very friendly—a glimmer of hope at first—it was all downhill from there. The dining experience was a disaster from start to finish: we ate three meals at the hotel, and each one was worse than the last. They never honored our reservation times, and on one occasion, we waited a full hour before anyone even took our order for lunch.
The restaurant staff were completely disorganized and inattentive, and the food & beverage director clearly doesn’t understand the basics of customer service.
If that weren’t enough, I had booked and paid for a “Prestige Garden View” room, only to be given a room with a small, waist-high window—hardly the experience promised or expected.
This hotel is poorly managed and fails to deliver on even the most basic expectations of a luxury property. Save your money and look elsewhere—there are far better options nearby that actually know how to treat their guests.
